Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days for standard shipping and 1–3 business days for expedited shipping.

International Shipping We ship to over 230 countries worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Duties & Customs International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. Hess Business Works is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can resolve the issue promptly.
